I’m Janine Elias founder and president of Elias Relationship Academy. I’m dedicated to creating change in America ONE person at a time through helping others develop the personal skills and access the tools they need to become the change THEY would like to see in the world by improving their personal circumstances which will create a ripple effect that will begin to strengthen and support the growth and development of America’s middle class.

In order for us to create the change we so desperately need as a nation, the change we have been longing for for years, we must work together and improve America from the bottom up. I can’t do this alone and I need your help. We can’t keep waiting for the government to create new programs to fix our social, economical, and international problems. When you become an Awakening YOUR Voice Specialist how you use and implement these new tools and your new skill set is completely up to you. Each Segment of the Awakening YOUR Voice training offers a different skill sent, guidelines, and structure to implement lasting life long change. Each segment comes with a step-by-step guide filled with exercises, tips, goals setting guidelines, vision board development suggestions, and work sheets for personal and professional development. These step-by-step guidebooks are for you to use with clients, patients, students, coworkers, family members, and for your own personal and professional development.

In the Live YOUR Dream segment  you will be able to assist and guide your clients, patients, students, coworkers, family members, and yourself in uncovering your/their personal purpose. The road where your passion, what you love to do, meets your talent, what you are really good at. Once your passion is connected with your talent you need a plan of action the Live YOUR Dream segment provides you with the structure and foundation for all three.

The Stop Trying and Start Doing Segment: guides you though the journey of self discovery where you guide your clients, students, patients, family members and yourself in discovering what has been blocking you and/or keeping you from what you truly desire. You will uncover the fundamental principles that guide your thought process, your personal world view, the meaning you place on the world and how that view effects every decision you make. You will lean how to change your mind about areas that are not working for you making new decisions releasing yourself from preconceived notions of what you should or shouldn’t do opening you up to endless possibilities of what you truly desire out of your life allowing you to create new behaviors, experience new experiences, ultimately creating life long change.

Mastering Change: move your clients, students, patients, family members, and yourself through the process of the 5 cycles of change, how to develop and maintain your personal motivation, establishing your personal BIG ENOUGH WHY, and how to set and accomplish both personal and professional goals creating personal empowerment, improving the quality of life, and turning your dreams onto reality.

Relationship Development: the inability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationship is one of the greatest sources of pain for most people. This training will develop the foundation  needed to establish and maintain quality interpersonal professional and personal relationships. You will be able to set the foundation and structure needed for your clients, students, patients, family members, and yourself to move forward in life being able to establish quality support systems and happy and emotionally rewarding high quality relationships.

Community Leadership is one of the most important segments because without strong leaders we will be unable to effect the change we so desperately need. It is pivotal to train and support quality leaders throughout every industry who are able to support, motivate, guide, provide structure, and inspire vision for the future of our companies, our communities, and our nation. Ten full days of webinar training with Janine: Live YOUR Dream: Saturday & Sunday July 23 & 24 or October 22 & 23 from 11:00am-6:00pm ET/ 8:00 am-3:00pm Pacific. Break through your barriers and unleash the power of purpose within your life. This program is especially designed to guide you through uncovering what is holding you back from living your dream. You will create a solid plan of action to turn your life around full speed ahead pointed in the direction YOU WANT!

Stop Trying and Start Doing: Saturday & Sunday August 6 & 7 or November 5 & 6 from 11:00am-6:00pm ET/ 8:00 am-3:00pm Pacific To Live YOUR Dream, for your life to be all that it can, for you to thrive with passion and enthusiasm in every aspect of your life you MUST HAVE Laser Focus of what you want & the ability to keep yourself Motivated through any obstacle that people or circumstances send your way. This two day 12 hr training will give you the tools and help you develop the skills you need to succeed!

Mastering change: Saturday & Sunday August 27 & 28 or November 19 & 20 from 11:00am-6:00pm ET/ 8:00 am-3:00pm Pacific. For many of the areas of your life you need to improve you know what to do or what needs to change but your just NOT doing it. There were times in the past where you did take action and make the change but you didn’t maintain your new behavior and you fell back to your old ways. Just think how different your life will be and the things you can have and create once you have the tools and skill set to follow through, make and maintain change, in every area of your life! Having the skill to change when and where you want to change will give you more control over your life then you ever imagined possible! This is what happens when you are able to Master Change!

Relationship development: Saturday & Sunday September 17 & 18 or December 3 & 4 from 11:00am-6:00pm ET/ 8:00 am-3:00pm Pacific. Your very survival and happiness is based on your ability to get your needs met by interacting with other people and your environment. The most valuable skill you will ever develop is your ability to relate to and with other people, yourself, and your environment. Relationships have the potential to bring extreme pain or ultimate joy to your life. To bring ultimate joy and avoid extreme pain you MUST develop your relationship skills!

Community Leadership: Saturday & Sunday, October 1 & 2 or December 10 & 11 from 11:00am-6:00pm ET/ 8:00 am-3:00pm Pacific. It’s in our human nature to protect and support each other. We are social creatures we thrive with love and support from our fellow man. We all want to be part of something that is meaningful and greater then what we can accomplish on our own. Important Note: Each Training Segment is Offered Online – You can take the segments individually, in the Awaken YOUR Voice Package, or the Awaken YOUR Voice Powerhouse Package which includes 8 weeks group coaching and a Certificate to be an Awaken Your Voice Specialist. You don’t have to take them in sequence but it is recommended.  The two Awaken YOUR Voice Packages includes all 5 segments.
