With each training segment we provide you with guidebooks, exercises, and numerous resources to use with your clients as they move through their therapeutic process with you toward mental wellness. Our concentration of tools are drawn from cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused-narrative therapies. When you become part of our online community and a certified Awaken Your Voice Specialist we also provide you with continuous peer support, resources, and referral opportunities.
