These courses are 6 hour or 12 hour courses. The programs are offered in two hour intervals spread over a period of 3 weeks for the 6 hour courses and 6 weeks for the 12 hour course

Explore the underlying principles behind how couples become overly familiar in their day-to-day living and how it diminishes passion over time, learn techniques and simple steps that can be taken on a daily or weekly basis to prevent diminishing passion, uncover the basic premise of seduction and how to ignite passion within a long-term mutually exclusive relationship. Uncover what you need/want from your personal and professional relationship, learn how to ask for what you need, and develop the skill to enforce and maintain your expectation of how you want to be treated. This skill set will significantly improve the quality of life and interpersonal relationships. 6 Hours (CE)
Comprehensive exploration of the 5 cycles of change and how to effectively utilize the cycles in motivating yourself and others toward the action and maintenance stages. Develop the skill set to effectively establish and maintain long-term positive change while lessening the stress traditionally associated to change. 6 Hours (CE)
An introduction to coaching techniques, how coaching can be incorporated into various settings, parenting, negotiating with a partner, business, therapeutic practice, and relationships development. 6 Hours (CE)
How to fill your practice with your preferred clientele, network within the helping community, simple tools to increase your practice, establish yourself as an expert, and much more. 6 Hours (CE)
One of the Key factors to continued positive mental heath is having a support system in place. This course will teach you the skills to effectively manage groups while guiding the group members in creating an ongoing community of support. 6 Hours (CE)

Our concentration of tools are drawn from cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused-narrative therapies.
